    2. CPC儿童产品证书(Children’s Product Certificate)
    CPC需要包含7个要素
    a. Identification of the product covered by this certificate: 产品识别，可以写产品名称型号等
    b. Citation to each CPSC product safety regulation to which this product is being certified:产品符合的美国法规或者标准，产品不同可能适用的法规标准会有差异，此处需要根据实际产品的测试报告填写
    c. Identification of the importer or domestic manufacturer certifying compliance of the product:美国进口商或者美国国内制造商
    d. Contact information for the individual maintaining records of test results:测试结果维护人的联系方式，一般写测试申请商的联系方式
    e. Date and place where this product was manufactured:产品何时何地生产的，日期写到月份即可；地址写到城市即可
    f. Date and place where this product was tested for compliance with the regulation(s) cited above:产品测试的时间和地点
    g. Identify the third party, CPSC-accepted where this product was tested by an accredited laboratory (accepted by the CPSC) for compliance with the regulation(s) cited above:测试产品的实验室及联系方式，此处要求必须在CPSC认可的实验室做测试

    1.  Identification of the product covered by this certificate:
